    2. General Rules for Using the Online Store

    The online store may be used only by persons who are at least 18 years old.

    Customers creating an account or making purchases provide their personal data, which is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

    Orders are accepted via the website https://yviva.pl/.

    The website contains detailed information about the features, composition, intended use, instructions for use, prices of products, safety warnings, and product images.

    The Store does not prepare individual custom orders outside the range of ready-made products.

    When ordering ready-made goods, the Customer selects the type and quantity of products.

    After selecting a product, the Customer should click “Add to cart.” The product will be placed in the cart visible in the upper right corner of the page. After selecting “Proceed,” if the Customer is not logged in, they will be redirected to the login/account creation/guest checkout panel (which will result in the creation of a technical account).

    • Company name (optional)

    • Street

    • House/Apartment number

    • Postal code

    • City

    • Country

    • Phone number

    • Email address

    • Login (if creating an account)

    • Password (if creating an account)

    Account Creation Options:

    The Customer may:

    • Provide the personal data listed above

    • Log in via Facebook (data imported automatically)

    • Log in via Google (data imported automatically)

    • Log in via LinkedIn (data imported automatically)

    Fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

    Technical Account

    If the Customer does not create a full account, a technical account will be created solely for order processing purposes.
    A technical account:

    • Does not allow access to loyalty programs

    • Does not provide purchase history access

    • Does not allow direct returns/complaints from account level

    • Cannot be logged into manually

    • Exists only to assign an ID to the order

    After order completion, the Customer may request deletion of the technical account.

    After Account Registration

    The Customer gains access to:

    • Order history

    • Order status tracking

    • Saved shipping addresses

    • Loyalty points

    • Wishlist

    • Returns and complaints panel

    The order is confirmed by clicking “Order and Pay.”

    If online payment is selected, the Customer is redirected to a confirmation page after payment. If bank transfer is selected, payment details are displayed after order completion. Cash on delivery is also available.

    If payment is not received for prepaid orders, the contract is not concluded and the order will not be processed.

    An order may be canceled before payment by leaving the checkout process.

    After placing the order, a confirmation email with the order number will be sent.

    Store employees may contact the Customer regarding the order.


    3. Prices and Product Availability

    All prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

    The price displayed at the time of placing the order is final and will not change after the order is placed.

    Shipping costs are added depending on the selected delivery and payment method.

    The Store reserves the right to change prices, introduce new products, withdraw products, and conduct or cancel promotions.

    In rare cases of simultaneous orders for the same product, availability may be affected. The Customer will be informed accordingly.


    4. Delivery and Order Processing Time

    Delivery is available to:

    Poland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

    Orders are processed:

    • After full payment confirmation (prepaid orders)

    • Immediately after placement (cash on delivery)

    Shipping is carried out on business days.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • Poland: 1–3 business days

    • EU countries: 1–10 business days

    Delivery partners include:

    • Orlen Parcel

    • InPost Parcel Lockers

    • InPost Courier

    • FedEx

    • DPD

    If a shipment is not collected and re-shipping is required, the Customer bears the cost.


    5. Payment Methods

    The Customer may pay via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Online transfer (including Google Pay, Apple Pay)

    • Payment card

    • BLIK

    • Cash on delivery

    Standard bank transfer must be made within 7 days. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

    Online payments are handled by PayU S.A., headquartered in Poznań, Poland.


    6. Sales Agreement

    Information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

    The agreement is concluded in Polish and governed by Polish law.


    7. Delivery Costs

    Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery and payment method.


    8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

    A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the goods.

    To exercise this right, the Consumer must send a clear statement by:

    The Consumer must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.

    Refunds (including standard delivery costs) will be made within 14 days, using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

    The Store may withhold reimbursement until receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

    The Consumer bears the cost of return shipment.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening

    • Perishable goods

    • Fully performed services

    • Goods inseparably mixed with other items


    9. Complaints (Consumers)

    Products are new and free from defects. The Store is liable for defects for 2 years from delivery.

    If goods are non-compliant with the contract, the Consumer may request:

    • Repair

    • Replacement

    • Price reduction

    • Withdrawal from the contract

    Complaints are processed within 14 days.

    If accepted, the Store covers costs of repair/replacement/refund.

    If rejected, the Store provides written justification.


    10. Complaints (Entrepreneurs)

    Entrepreneurs are subject to warranty liability under applicable law.

    Complaints are processed within 14 days.

    If accepted, justified shipping costs will be reimbursed.


    11. Invoices

    To receive a VAT invoice, the Customer must provide tax details (including NIP) during order placement.

    Incorrect invoice data requires submission of a corrective note.


    12. Personal Data Processing

    Details regarding personal data processing are available in the Privacy Policy.

    If digital content (e.g., ebook, newsletter) is provided in exchange for personal data processing consent, the Customer retains the right to complaint and withdrawal.


    13. Reviews

    The Store uses software to verify that reviews come from Customers who purchased the product.

    Reviews may be added:

    • Via link in transactional email

    • On the product page

    Reviews are moderated automatically and manually.

    The Store may reject reviews that:

    • Are not from verified buyers

    • Are added by non-logged users

    • Contain illegal, offensive, or unrelated content

    • Contain advertising or spam

    • Concern a different product

    The Store does not edit approved reviews except for minor corrections with Customer consent.

    Displayed personal data is limited to:

    • Chosen name (first name, nickname, etc.)

    • City
